My Father worked with the Commonwealth bank for 30 years so when i needed a loan for 2k they gave it to me.I paid the loan back then went in by myself a year or 2 later asking for 5k for a car.After all the paperwork and belittling by the loans department(i was only 21)i walked across the road to Westpac .Now i am a customer the banks want to chase but i will not even listen or entertain the idea of going to Commonwealth. The point is if you lose a customer it is twice as hard to get them back but until accountants get out in the real world they wont realise this
