I consider NAB around fair value at the moment and would only consider buying it at a big discount to current price.
The only bank I have considered undervalued enough recently has been WBC, which I started buying. It is not low enough at the moment to add to my holdings, but things are looking good for a bit more fear selling this week.
I don't put any weight on PE's as a sign to buy, I rely on my own method for valuations.
