Won't start being prepared until confirmation of plant running 24/7 has occurred, and every aspect of plant running smoothly and syn rutile being produced.

I would say even then, despite the finance guys being out to the plant already, it will still be sometime (knowing how long anything to do with apg takes).

Although in actual fact, when I think about it, i'm not sure why it would take long to prepare, but i'm sure it will!
