bankable feasibility study already commenced

I cannot believe I missed this. I keep harping on and on about people reading past announcements and presentations yet missed this very important sentence in the last Quarterly Report released on the 31st of January 2013.

A Full Feasibility Study is just that, a Bankable Feasibility Study which commences after a PFS or Pre Feasibility Study is completed.

IndoChine Mining has already commenced the BFS (Bankable Feasibility Study) which will lead to the Mining Lease being approved, then to better understand the actual size of the current resource especially with the inclusion of the Bonanza Gold and SIlver Zones!
