I've just looked over the options prospectus.
It appears that the exercise price will only be changed if there is a capital reconstruction, which would be a share consolidation.
The issuing of additional shares in not a restructuring of the share capital.
The letter mentions a formula in the prospectus to tell us how a repricing may be calculated, but I can't find it..
