Yeap I think almost everything. For Sconi, bfs will mainly focus on Capex and Opex as our friend Flipp01 said these plants are expensive to build and run. But what is advantageous for Sconi is that the infrastructure is all there and port is relatively close to site so the transportation cost should not be a big burden. Plus, there is local workforce that is waiting for jobs so FIFO will be minimized which is also a big saving. Just my thoughts and DYOR.
