Till we know how much the discount is. It's speculation.. Let's make sort of one thing clear I guess... and it's showing in people's frantic posting asking if this is viable...
SKI wouldn't of done a deal if it weren't. So yeah..
Long story short it's viable even with discount over heads debt payback. Etc the list goes on with how many factors are involved..
