I'm not as confident as with TOL/PRK t/o but hold a small parcel of CML. Wondering if I should just get out ex-div if I should be a few cents ahead.
Still t/o can drag out for months (TOL/PRK was 8 months) if the parties have the appetite for this. KKR would want friendly t/o from what I hear so maybe it will not be long.
I have my eye on other stocks too.
