Miles of paperwork, quite ridiculous really. If you do not have security to offer them it is even harder.
Why not do what many of us do?, if you have enough equity in your home just apply for a larger home loan, the increase to say "assist with renovations" Shutup about anything about starting a business.
About 3 lines of paperwork for the home loan increase, 24 hour approval, and several % cheaper on the interest rate.
