Not to many cap raising are done at a 50% premium to the prevailing SP. Why would someone buy even one share at 30 when the can buy it at 21cents
A cap raising at 18-20 cents to raise an amount of 15-20 milion is my guess. I think they should act quick and raise the cash, the furher they delay, the lower the price and he more shares they will issue
Paying off debt and given themselves some breathing space may in the long run prove the best remedy, as I would think at present anyone considering using them would be screwing them down on price knowing they need the revenue. If i was a healthier competitor i would consider running a short term loss to elinimate the competition.
