tony - my understanding was that hyperbaric methods required airtight capsules be created around the whole weld zone, not just for equipment, but for the diver too. this is i think where the cost came in. nepsys turned that around as it created its own airtight segment over the weld as part of the procedure, rather than as part of the preparation - inch by inch creating an airtight zone for each weld to occur.
