I don't know how many times I've been locked out of accounts in the last week or two while I've gone through a nightmare scenario of having to prove who I am.
And each time this happens I have to change passwords or alter them to meet new specifications.
It's an absolute nuisance and so time consuming.
I thought technology was supposed to make life easier.
