IMO it is not retrospective, if prices exceed the norm it is a bubble.

As to talking it down this is what the industry and government are now doing.

But is it right to tell lies and fiddle the figures to make things look better.

In todays society the people deserve and want the truth because only then can they be prepared to handle the result

If we had a tsunami bearing down on our coast would you want to know or would you prefer to be totally ignorent of the facts.

Is it scare mongering to shout out that we have a 40 meter wave coming down on us
