Historically, I have been a commentator opposed to the WBC/KSL merger.
The entirely personal reason, has been that any funding capital raising, would have been at substantially lower prices, than the price I paid for KSL.
In a bigger picture, KSL suffers from it's small size, particularly in the area of Technological System Maintenance.
So does the PNG Government have a banking strategy plan?
If so, what is it's direction?
Shareholders expecting an Announcement from KSL on it's forward strategy, can look to the PNG Government for clarification on their strategy.
