Their GDP growth rate has fallen to -3.88% comparable to US GDP growth rate of -3.5% but better than say UK growth rate -9.8% so relatively their economy hasn't been that worse off. In terms of referring to BFL what you might be referring to is the movement of foreign investment into PNG moving to "safer" investments during the global economic turmoil currently being experienced. Not the same as the business itself being impacted materially, just investor perception of the current state of PNG.
