Off topic now,I spoke to a recently retired westpac investment banker, and I asked him how everyone involved in the due diligence including NAB and Westpac banks did their own due diligence with the same information provided to them by Quindell.he said the advisory team assisting SGH with the purchase were negligent in their DD obviously.its no wonder the serious fraud squad are still investigating after 15 months.he also said you can only go by what information your provided and the accountants at the time of purchase.i guess we will find out soon enough.
