If someone new they were about to go 'bankrupt' in the next months could they acquire units in BCS and hold them?
This could help those who may be forced in paying up for the next installment...
It would be possible to get a larger share holding than Boltons 50m shares?
This could really frustrate the underwriters and stall the process by being the wedge!?
