It looks very likely that either Bolton will declare bankruptcy or has a view that a winding up will not require him to fork out the cash.

I cant figure out how he will make money out of it either situation.

PS

I see today he is taking over other BCS shares as a "gift" arrangement.

No matter what it looks like the underwriters will be forking out millions here.

This is a disaster. Who set this scheme up in the first place . They need to be accountable for this mess.
