the learning is that the difference between an average share and a very good one is the people appointed incharge i.e the managmeent and the Board team.
good share will be a combination of good strategy, well informed assumptions, great partnerships, great execution of the strategy and some very good luck.
unfortunately apart from the luck part they had nothing else working for them.

Luck was in their favour as there was a market run for spodumene just after they were handed the mine for peanuts- this attracted a lot of capital which they have manged to all use up and pay themselves great bonusses and salaries.

Since their luck has run out we will have to work on the rest for which we will need a new management team and a Board.
My 9 million votes to a new team at AGM!!!
