even if they raise 1mil with the 1:3 offer
by the time the next well is drilled they will be broke again.
it will take couple months for the money of W1 to come through.
W1 has to make 3mmcfd + 200bopd for this company to become cash positive.. and then it will take some time to earn the cash to drill W2
i dont get how this is going to work?
