I think UOS has very close to 70% of UOADEV now. Last time I looked I think they had crept to 69.something?
A couple of percent doesn't seem like a lot on the surface, but it's very significant when you consider that going from 67% to 70% means you've cleaned up roughly 9% of the shares which weren't retained on the listing of UOADEV.
I suppose the question to ask the board now is why they continue to deploy their money into the UOADEV DRP when there appears to be better value buying back UOS shares.
