    Nice pick up, if so.

    I still think it's great either way. Without land, they have nothing to develop on. I am happy to see the investment land held for development is up to a substantial figure - rinse and repeat, drive up the NTA and distribute us some dividends which has a better yield than term deposits while doing so.
