Apart from the two options mentioned lets hope its not bankruptcy. I've have the experience of working at 2 places that went bankrupt and it's not alot of fun for the staff.

Liquidators enter the offices and instruct everyone to remain seated but not to touch anything. Then they speak for like 2 minutes, essentially saying who they are and why they are there, then instruct everyone to go home immediately.

Let's hope that's not the fate of Centro for employees and shareholders alike but all things considered, its a realistic possibility.
