It doesn't matter if he is guilty or innocent, each case is stressful and expensive. The Democrats just keep starting trials. The abuse of process is staggering.
The Carrol case is very worrying and the same happens here. Accused and found guilty of a crime decades ago on the basis of the victims memory only? Its absurd.
