banks 90% ownership- debt for equity

Hi I am a new investor in Centro

Does anybody know how the dillution would impact the SP of this company? How could this be quantified?

I have read a lot of discussion on the possibility of a share issue once a stable SP of a certain price range is achieved, but would this also not just be a type of dillution, albeit a better one.
