People tend to see negative when mining companies look at JV's with their assets. But if you look at the Oil & Gas game JV's with even minority holdings are percieved as very positive...JV's still provide good income but spread the massive start up costs. Perhaps Ozl should have spoken to BHP before starting PH and we would be sitting pretty now..
