when (not if) interest rates enter negative territory, what's the average person on the street with a home loan going to pay, that's if they still hold a job ??
Bank profit will need to be brought into line with community expectations. That may mean banks will sack workers. Anyway, 95% of bank transactions are completed by computers. With a lighter workforce, margins should begin to get smaller.
