    the forclosures in America are at an all time high.

    If people just walk out on their homes, why dont the banks just rent them out, then capitalise the interest difference, wait for the properties to go up, as they are not for sale, there is not a glut pushing the prices down, it seems the banks are their own worst enemies.


    They could be sitting on potentially the best investmenst of all time, all these houses they need to service the loans fore a few years then they will be in front with capital gain etc.

    A bank could set up a new department ,for residential investment.

    Is this too simple, am i missing something here?
