    ANZ pushed them to hard with debt.

    And maybe all the Telco's like Telstra, Optus ,Vodaphone with the pre-paid bussines should have paid more commission to BillExpress.
    The wholw structure did not benefit BillExpress, only ANZ watet to be the nr. 1 beneficiary from BillExpress.

    ANZ did not see the whole picture.
