    Banks are not happy they have been locked out of the reading process of RC final report. Seems media get to read it in a Govt 3 hr session before release and some fear any criminal charges etc would be released 1st by the media before banks can respond.

    Trial by MEDIA it seems.

    Order of release.

    GOVT
    MEDIA
    PUBLIC and BANKS etc.

    Banks etc responses.

    Being treated very badly in reflection to findings.
