I agree Wolly, there is noting high about current interest rates. They're simply moving back to the long-term norm (thank goodness).3.85% is the official cash rate - not the mortgage rate. Mortgage rates are 2% higher or more.That's correct, but there is nothing high about a 6% mortgage rate, unless of course you went into borrowing funds with your eyes closed.
