For the Australian property market to crash, There needs to be some significant trigger .
and although I personally believe there will be a crash, the trouble I have is I do not know when there's going to be a crash. A lot of people have gone broke shorting bubbles that simply continued to inflate until they could no longer finance their positions. For me I am looking for some significant economic triggers before I bet the house on a crash
