well, the P/L is in terms of A$. As far as debt payment is concerned, Centro hasn't sold enough in Australia so they are not paying anything in A$. US sells should pay US debt so no effect of Fx. In fact the value of assets has increased by about 500mil due to falling A$. That should reduce gearing when lenders consider extension.
A$ falling is positive for Centro.
