When you only have assets (Does not matter how much) and no income then you have no options.
Impossible to talk with bank management (Westpac) as they have set up teams or groups where none of them know what the other is doing and they set you on a merry go round effectively blocking you from getting higher up.
Others do this as well such as Medibank, Vet affairs, Centrelink, Telstra almost all the majors. Works well because most give up.
