That is the MASSIVELY BIG QUESTION isn't it. That question alone is worth going to the AGM. Assuming they don't offer snacks and refereshments right before question time, I would hope that this question is asked and answered more than once.
That's the second bit of uncertainty: What's the value of the debt/equity swap for existing holders....with the first bit of uncertainty being "Will the company be around on December 16?".
