hi Kincella yes I know the Chinese are a presence in the market, my point is the very reasons interest rates are on hold tell a story about the underlying fundamentals of the economy.

Now that the AUD is in a declining trend I doubt foreign buyers will be as gung ho as before.

I have seen plenty of decrepit homes and good ones too, the numbers at inspection doesn't always translate into bidders...plenty of nice homes on the weekend passed in without a bid.

And I am sorry for your loss, there are more important things than money.
