Hi Booz, I have no intention of getting back into this debate on a regular basis, find it hard to believe some still having the same debate as back in 2000

2cents worth, some of us are happy with 5.2% on loans. Deposit rates are awful, but I stuck a fair whack into some home loans, so its like earning 5.2% . I don't pay any interest, or earn any, but I save 5.2% on the loans.
