GM yes it has definitely slowed down. I think a year ago you had sign up to a rental subject to inspection! Now it seems you can bargain for a lower rent.

My main concern is once these mining and expansion jobs go then what? Word has it that 90% of the jobs needed, for example, for Chevron's projects are to go in 2015. These would be very highly paid people and their skills wont be necesarily easily transferred to other industries. Project Managers are now a dime a dozen ..

Anyways I dont know what will happen hear but the redundancies have started and the under cutting in pays have also started.
