If the 2 proposed sales go thru, we may have a case of the banks rethinking the finance.

Selling the 2 for say $400 mill, means that the amount that needs to refinanced is neaerly halved, payout the banks that dont want to be in, and let the others refinance the rest.

It could be on the cards, and for a 25mill break fee,a possible outcome.
