Marco74 you made many fine points... but make no mistake banks are after all they can get..
sad really in a way, I remember a time when they really had ..a duty of care... apart from the last 1 year or so now, they were encouraging very young people even here to take home loans with no deposits (still do but have tighten some)take on credit cards etc..
banks may think refinance of ozl, page-23
