Its got nothing to do with their marketing & strategy...in fact imo, the so called experts, mostly havnt got one, are simply market led... responding to spot fires on a demand basis.. not much to like about such a shallow strategy
its gotta lot to do with guilding the lilly for a long time, duping joe the public into beleiving their BS and, from what I have seen of the property magnates of the last 20 years....they usually find a way to spend more than they can afford.... oh shit..there's that word DEBT again- lets hope a large number will be ruined by it, cos its coming & its the Grand-daddy of em all- & I cant wait.... lets face it...we all know its risk v return - right?
