Of course no one knows for sure. No one knows almost anything about the future FOR SURE. If that fact meant people shouldn't make predictions, wouldn't hotcopper have no use at all? People often outline their predictions (or guesses if you prefer, educated or not!) on here.
I am stating my "guess" clearly, making the bet on it financially, and asking another poster who claimed all bears were too scared to back up their predictions to do the same! ______________________________________________________ Oh, and makattack, did you get a chance to follow the link I posted in reply to you on another thread, in regards to your erroneous causality assumption re: unemployment and house prices?
