Have a look at IAG
It is an ASX20 stock with a 6 % yield.
It recently integrated the Wesfarmers Insurance business which did not show up in the 2013/2014 accounts but the bottom line will be better in 2014/15 and going forward as the two businesses can be run with one set of computers/staff/offices which will save $200m a year with the same earnings.
It does not suffer the media hostilty of the banks
