clever ploy to costello trying to blame the banks if rates rise...many banks have already raised their rates and i think we can expect them to raise them on their own.

Bank bills for 1 month currently trading around 6.8% with 1 year yeilds now well over 7.3%

Is getting more and more expoensive for the banks to borrow, if their costs rise they pass them on like any business.

Will be a double whammy coming up for homeowners...expect another rate rise in janurary too
