    I agree that the existing shares in PAS should be purchased by the lenders (Banks) or the Administrator for say $0.001 cents each to allow the long suffering shareholders to take a loss. Maybe the loss was taken (based on letter from Admin) before the ATO published it's ruling in December. Why wasn't a class action taken?
