Zinifex does nothing for the disenfranchised PAS shareholders.
It should have been a relatively simple exercise to give any existing PAS shareholder say a 2 week priority on applications-would not have hurt anybody, not that many would take up the offer.
Secondly they could have generated significant goodwill if they implemented a straightforward scheme of arrangement with existing shareholders to buy back their PAS shares at some miniscule price per share allowing investors to categorise their losses and create a loss for taxation purposes.
