With such a high influx of property investors seeking the 'safe haven' of realestate, yields have been hit and soon inerest rate rises will put pressure on the sell side.
Perth has enjoyed continued growth as eastern states money has flowed into our growing economy.
I wonder how long before they start to cash out?
I suppose banks had to play catch up with the market highs being experienced but I feel there may not be too much left in the tank.
I was topped out of both my shorts with some pain but looking at ANZ and WBC as good short opportunities as they approach their all time highs.
