banks won't fund vic powerstation -too dirty

Now here's an interesting story..... Oh Pooh!

Looks like the banks and the Vic Guvmint and the Greens and just about everybody else have:

(a) Not heard of the potential benefits of UCG used for power generation.

or

(b) Have heard but aren't interested (as to why not, GOK)

or

(c) Have heard, like the idea but haven't got the guts to run with it.

or

(d) Are thinking bits of a,b and c all thrown together in a nice mishmash.

Where oh where is Wonderwoman (or similar surrogate) when we need her/him/it?
