    Got nothing to do with charging fees to go into a bank years ago.

    Or each time you go in they try to sign you up to yet another account with ”better” conditions.

    Or each time you go in they cannot do what you want and you have to do it online or phone someone anyway.

    Or offer a loan each time you go in.

    Or close down the branch that is near by.

    Nup it is the customers fault for not wanting to use a branch and the supposed customer service they used to provide.
