    Do you think this announcement implies that they could not sell the whole centre or could not sell MCS28's half of the centre (its half owned by CAWF).

    It may also imply that the have sold something else so they don't have to sell it and an announcement will be made soon.

    Or of course it might not imply anything or maybe I am a gold fish and they told me but I forgot.
